SumpsUp products are intended as supplemental protection for sump pump systems. Proper installation and maintenance are required. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your system.
SumpsUp products are designed to help reduce risk, but we do NOT guarantee prevention of water damage, flooding, or property loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumpsUp shall not be liable for: - Water damage - Property damage - Mold or environmental damage - Financial losses resulting from pump failure or system issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SumpsUp from any claims arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to maintain your sump system.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

We stand behind our product. If you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
· Item must be unused and in original packaging
· Must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product
· Full refund of product price (excluding original shipping)
· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to deny returns if: - Product shows signs of use or installation - Product is returned damaged due to improper repackaging

Every SumpsUp product is backed by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
· Manufacturing defects
· Product failure under normal, intended residential use
· Improper installation or setup
· Use outside intended purpose
· Lack of maintenance
· Normal wear and tear
· Acts of nature, extreme flooding, or conditions beyond product design
· Damage caused by primary sump pump failure or power loss
This product is a supplemental safety device, not a primary sump pump system. It does not replace proper drainage systems, pump maintenance, or homeowner responsibility.
If a valid claim is confirmed within 90 days, we will: - Repair the product, or - Replace it at no cost (our discretion)

SumpsUp is not responsible for: - Water intrusion or flooding events - Structural or property damage - Secondary damages (mold, loss of use, etc.)
